Cemented Carbide Pellet Tubular Welding Rod
- Hardphases (such as cemented carbide pellets etc.) are uniformly filled in a mild steel strip to form a tubular welding rod. Cemented carbide pellet is composed of tungsten carbide and cobalt. It’s spherical or near-spherical particles with high hardness (1400HV1-1600HV0.1), excellent wear resistance, and erosion resistance. The oxygen-acetylene flame surfacing welding layer has good wear resistance.
- Especially suitable for surfacing welding of oil drilling and natural gas geological tools.
