Cast Tungsten Carbide Tubular Welding Rod

• Hardphases (such as cast tungsten carbide) are uniformly filled in a mild steel strip to form a tubular welding rod. Cast tungsten carbide is irregular with high hardness (≥ 2000HV₁) and excellent wear resistance. The oxygen-acetylene flame surfacing welding layer has good wear resistance.
• Typically used in road construction, mining, drilling equipment, feed grinder hammer, etc. Use oxygen-acetylene weak carbonization flame surfacing welding of argon tungsten arc welding.
