Spherical Cast Tungsten Carbide Nickel-based Alloy Powder for PTA, Laser Cladding and Flame Spray

• This premixed powder uses Spherical Cast Tungsten Carbide (SCTC) powder as hardphase to blend with and nickel-based self-fluxing alloy. SCTC is spherical or near-spherical with ultra-high hardness (≥ 1) and supreme wear resistance. Nickel-based alloy powder is spherical or near-spherical and has excellent wettability with cast tungsten carbide. The premixed powders with different SCTC contents and particles are suitable for PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) welding, LC (Laser Cladding), and FS (Flame spray).
• The welding overlay has excellent wear, abrasion, erosion resistance, and impact resistance with low porosity.
