Macrocrystalline tungsten carbide Nickel-based alloy powder for PTA, Laser Cladding and Flame Spray
- This premixed powder uses Cast Tungsten Carbide (CTC) powder as hardphase to blend with and nickel-based self-fluxing alloy. CTC is irregular with high hardness (≥ 1) and excellent wear resistance. Nickel-based alloy powder is spherical or near-spherical and has excellent wettability with cast tungsten carbide. The premixed powders with different CTC contents and particles are suitable for PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) welding, LC (Laser Cladding), and FS (Flame spray).
- The welding overlay has excellent wear resistance with low porosity.
- Mainly used in wear resistance, anti-abrasion surface or wear repair for mining extraction, oil drilling, machinery equipment, and oil equipment.
