Cr3C2-20NiCr Thermal Spray Powder

  • Agglomerated and Sintered gray-black spherical or near-spherical particles.
  • The maximum service temperature is up to 870℃.
  • The coating has excellent resistance to sliding wear, abrasive wear, erosive wear, corrosive wear, cavitation, and corrosion.
  • Excellent resistance to solid, liquid, and gas corrosion in elevated temperatures.
  • Mainly used in gas turbines, aircraft engines, valve rods, power generation boilers, metallurgical furnace rollers, hydraulic valves, etc.
