Declaration of Conflict-Free Minerals
“Conflict Minerals” –On July 21, 2010 President Obama signed into law the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Wall Street Reform Act). A section of this act applies to the “conflict minerals” of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and tin (Sn) from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and it’s adjoining countries, These adjoining countries include; Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, and Kenya.

ZGCC strictly follows the related policies and rules on “Conflict-Free” minerals.
