  • Aceast\u0103 pulbere preamestecat\u0103 folose\u0219te pulbere sferic\u0103 de carbur\u0103 de tungsten turnat\u0103 (SCTC) ca faz\u0103 dur\u0103 pentru a se amesteca cu un aliaj autofluxant pe baz\u0103 de nichel. SCTC este sferic sau aproape sferic, cu duritate ultra-\u00eenalta (\u2265 1) \u0219i rezisten\u021b\u0103 suprem\u0103 la uzur\u0103. Pulberea de aliaj pe baz\u0103 de nichel este sferic\u0103 sau aproape sferic\u0103 \u0219i are o umiditate excelent\u0103 cu carbur\u0103 de tungsten turnat\u0103. Pulberile preamestecate cu diferite con\u021binuturi \u0219i particule de SCTC sunt potrivite pentru sudarea PTA (Arc transferat cu plasm\u0103), LC (Laser Cladding) \u0219i FS (Spray cu flac\u0103r\u0103).<\/li>\n
  • Suprapunerea de sudur\u0103 are rezisten\u021b\u0103 excelent\u0103 la uzur\u0103, abraziune, eroziune \u0219i rezisten\u021b\u0103 la impact cu porozitate sc\u0103zut\u0103.<\/li>\n
