Pulbere de carbur\u0103 de tungsten macrocristalin\u0103<\/h1>\n

Pulberea<\/strong> de carbur\u0103 de tungsten macrocristalin\u0103 (MTC)<\/strong> este f\u0103cut\u0103 din materia prim\u0103 prezentat\u0103 \u0219i este un cristal complet carbonizat, dens \u0219i gri deschis, cu o microstructur\u0103 omogen\u0103 \u0219i stabilitate termic\u0103 excelent\u0103. Are duritate ridicat\u0103 (\u2265 1600 HV0.1), punct de topire ridicat (2700 \u2103) \u0219i rezisten\u021b\u0103 excelent\u0103 la uzur\u0103 \u0219i impact.<\/p>\n

MTC este folosit pentru a prepara pulbere de bi\u021bi de matrice PDC, pulbere de sudare cu arc cu plasm\u0103 (PTAW), pulbere de placare cu laser, materiale de sudare prin pulverizare, electrozi (s\u00e2rm\u0103) rezisten\u021bi la uzur\u0103 din carbur\u0103 cimentat\u0103 etc. Scopul principal este de a pre-\u00eent\u0103ri suprafe\u021bele rezistente la uzur\u0103. sau repara\u021bi suprafe\u021bele uzate pentru minerit, petrol \u0219i gaze, metalurgie, ma\u0219ini de construc\u021bii, ma\u0219ini agricole \u0219i industria siderurgic\u0103.<\/p>\n
