Serbuk Aloi Berasaskan Nikel Tungsten Carbide Cast Sfera untuk PTA, Pelapis Laser dan Semburan Api<\/h2>\n

  • Serbuk pracampur ini menggunakan serbuk Spherical Cast Tungsten Carbide (SCTC) sebagai fasa keras untuk dicampur dengan aloi fluks sendiri berasaskan nikel. SCTC adalah sfera atau hampir sfera dengan kekerasan ultra tinggi (\u2265 1) dan rintangan haus tertinggi. Serbuk aloi berasaskan nikel adalah sfera atau hampir sfera dan mempunyai kebolehbasahan yang sangat baik dengan karbida tungsten tuang. Serbuk pracampur dengan kandungan dan zarah SCTC yang berbeza adalah sesuai untuk kimpalan PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc), LC (Laser Cladding), dan FS (Flame spray).<\/li>\n
  • Lapisan kimpalan mempunyai haus, lelasan, rintangan hakisan, dan rintangan hentaman dengan keliangan yang rendah.<\/li>\n
