  • Serbuk yang telah dicampur ini menggunakan serbuk Spherical Cast Tungsten Carbide (SCTC) sebagai fase keras untuk dicampur dengan paduan self-fluxing berbasis nikel. SCTC berbentuk bulat atau hampir bulat dengan kekerasan yang sangat tinggi (\u2265 1) dan ketahanan aus yang tinggi. Serbuk paduan berbasis nikel berbentuk bulat atau hampir bulat dan memiliki keterbasahan yang sangat baik dengan tungsten karbida cor. Serbuk yang telah dicampur dengan kandungan dan partikel SCTC yang berbeda cocok untuk pengelasan PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc), LC (Laser Cladding), dan FS (Flame spray).<\/li>\n
  • Lapisan pengelasan memiliki keausan yang sangat baik, abrasi, ketahanan erosi, dan ketahanan benturan dengan porositas rendah.<\/li>\n
