Po de aliaxe a base de n\u00edquel de carburo de tungsteno fundido esf\u00e9rico para PTA, revestimento con l\u00e1ser e spray de chama<\/h2>\n

  • Este po premesturado usa po de carburo de tungsteno fundido esf\u00e9rico (SCTC) como fase dura para mesturar con aliaxe autofluxante a base de n\u00edquel. SCTC \u00e9 esf\u00e9rico ou case esf\u00e9rico cunha dureza ultra alta (\u2265 1) e unha resistencia ao desgaste suprema. O po de aliaxe a base de n\u00edquel \u00e9 esf\u00e9rico ou case esf\u00e9rico e ten unha excelente moxabilidade co carburo de volframio fundido. Os po premesturados con diferentes contidos e part\u00edculas de SCTC son axeitados para soldadura PTA (Arco transferido por plasma), LC (Laser Cladding) e FS (Flame Spray).<\/li>\n
  • A capa de soldadura ten unha excelente resistencia ao desgaste, \u00e1 abrasi\u00f3n, \u00e1 erosi\u00f3n e ao impacto con baixa porosidade.<\/li>\n
  • \u00dasase principalmente na resistencia ao desgaste, na superficie anti-abrasi\u00f3n ou na reparaci\u00f3n do desgaste para a extracci\u00f3n mineira, a perforaci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo, os equipos de maquinaria e os equipos de petr\u00f3leo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
