Poudre de carbure de tungst\u00e8ne coul\u00e9 en alliage \u00e0 base de nickel pour le PTA, le rechargement par laser et la projection de flamme<\/h2>\n

  • Cette poudre pr\u00e9m\u00e9lang\u00e9e utilise de la poudre de carbure de tungst\u00e8ne coul\u00e9 (CTC) comme phase dure pour se m\u00e9langer \u00e0 un alliage autofluidifiant \u00e0 base de nickel. Le CTC est irr\u00e9gulier et pr\u00e9sente une duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e (\u2265 1) et une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure. La poudre d'alliage \u00e0 base de nickel est sph\u00e9rique ou quasi-sph\u00e9rique et pr\u00e9sente une excellente mouillabilit\u00e9 avec le carbure de tungst\u00e8ne coul\u00e9. Les poudres pr\u00e9m\u00e9lang\u00e9es avec diff\u00e9rentes teneurs en CTC et particules conviennent au soudage PTA (arc transf\u00e9r\u00e9 par plasma), LC (rechargement par laser) et FS (vaporisation de flamme).<\/li>\n
  • Le rev\u00eatement de soudure pr\u00e9sente une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure et une faible porosit\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  • Principalement utilis\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure, la surface anti-abrasion ou la r\u00e9paration de l'usure pour l'extraction mini\u00e8re, le forage p\u00e9trolier, l'\u00e9quipement de machinerie et l'\u00e9quipement p\u00e9trolier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
