Poudre de carbure de tungst\u00e8ne coul\u00e9 sph\u00e9rique<\/h1>\n

<La poudre de carbure de tungst\u00e8ne coul\u00e9 sph\u00e9rique (SCTC)<\/strong> est une poudre gris fonc\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9e par sph\u00e9ro\u00efdisation ou atomisation \u00e0 ultra-haute temp\u00e9rature. Le SCTC est un cristal dendritique compos\u00e9 de WC et de W2<\/sub> La microstructure en forme de plume est \u2265 90%. Il pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une excellente stabilit\u00e9 chimique et un point de fusion \u00e9lev\u00e9(2525\u2103). La duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e (\u22652700 HV0.1), la fluidit\u00e9 rapide et la r\u00e9sistance accrue \u00e0 l'usure et \u00e0 la corrosion le rendent tr\u00e8s populaire pour fabriquer des rev\u00eatements de rechargement.<\/p>\n

Le SCTC est utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer la poudre des m\u00e8ches matricielles en PDC, la poudre pour le soudage \u00e0 l'arc plasma (PTAW), la poudre pour le rechargement au laser, les mat\u00e9riaux de soudage par pulv\u00e9risation, les \u00e9lectrodes r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l'usure en carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9 (fil), etc. L'objectif principal est de pr\u00e9renforcer les surfaces r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l'usure ou de r\u00e9parer les surfaces us\u00e9es dans les secteurs de l'exploitation mini\u00e8re, du p\u00e9trole et du gaz, de la m\u00e9tallurgie, des machines de construction, des machines agricoles et de l'industrie sid\u00e9rurgique.<\/p>\n
