WC-17Ni Thermal Spray Powder

  • Agglomerated and Sintered gray-black spherical or near-spherical particles with good flowability.
  • The maximum service temperature is up to 500℃.
  • The dense coating has high hardness and excellent resistance to abrasive wear, fretting wear, adhesive wear, erosion wear, and corrosion wear.
  • Nickel has better corrosion resistance than Cobalt, especially in wetting and corrosion environment.
  • Mainly used in oilfield equipment (harsh corrosion performance requirements), the petrochemical industry, ball valves, offshore equipment, parts, etc.
