Sph\u00e4risch gegossenes Wolframkarbid-Nickelbasislegierungspulver f\u00fcr PTA, Laserauftragsschwei\u00dfen und Flammspritzen<\/h2>\n

  • Bei diesem vorgemischten Pulver wird kugelf\u00f6rmig gegossenes Wolframkarbid (SCTC) als Hartphase verwendet und mit einer selbstflie\u00dfenden Legierung auf Nickelbasis vermischt. SCTC ist kugelf\u00f6rmig oder nahezu kugelf\u00f6rmig und hat eine extrem hohe H\u00e4rte (\u2265 1) und eine hervorragende Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit. Nickel-Basislegierungspulver ist kugelf\u00f6rmig oder nahezu kugelf\u00f6rmig und weist eine ausgezeichnete Benetzbarkeit mit gegossenem Wolframkarbid auf. Die vorgemischten Pulver mit unterschiedlichen SCTC-Gehalten und Partikeln eignen sich f\u00fcr das PTA-Schwei\u00dfen (Plasma Transferred Arc), LC-Schwei\u00dfen (Laser Cladding) und FS-Schwei\u00dfen (Flammspritzen).<\/li>\n
  • Der Schwei\u00dfbelag hat eine hervorragende Verschlei\u00df-, Abrieb-, Erosions- und Schlagfestigkeit bei geringer Porosit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n
  • Haupts\u00e4chlich verwendet f\u00fcr Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit, abriebfeste Oberfl\u00e4chen oder Verschlei\u00dfreparaturen im Bergbau, bei \u00d6lbohrungen, Maschinen und \u00d6lanlagen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
