Gegossenes Wolframkarbid-Pulver<\/h1>\n

Gegossenes Wolframkarbidpulver (CTC)<\/strong> wird durch Schmelzen und Zerkleinern von W und WC hergestellt und besteht aus unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigen dunkelgrauen Partikeln mit einem hohen Schmelzpunkt (2525 \u00b0C), hoher H\u00e4rte (\u2265 2000 HV0,1) und ausgezeichneter Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit.<\/p>\n

CTC wird zur Herstellung von PDC-Matrixbit-Pulver, Plasmalichtbogenschwei\u00dfpulver (PTAW), Spritzschwei\u00dfmaterialien, verschlei\u00dffesten Hartmetallelektroden (Draht) usw. verwendet. Der Hauptzweck besteht in der Vorverst\u00e4rkung verschlei\u00dffester Oberfl\u00e4chen oder der Reparatur abgenutzter Oberfl\u00e4chen in den Bereichen Bergbau, \u00d6l und Gas, Metallurgie, Baumaschinen, Landmaschinen und Stahlindustrie.<\/p>\n
