  • Dette f\u00e6rdigblandede pulver bruger sf\u00e6risk st\u00f8bt wolframcarbid (SCTC) pulver som h\u00e5rd fase til at blande med en nikkelbaseret selvfluxende legering. SCTC er sf\u00e6risk eller n\u00e6sten sf\u00e6risk med ultrah\u00f8j h\u00e5rdhed (\u2265 1) og suver\u00e6n slidstyrke. Nikkelbaseret legeringspulver er sf\u00e6risk eller n\u00e6sten sf\u00e6risk og har fremragende befugtningsevne med st\u00f8bt wolframcarbid. De forblandede pulvere med forskelligt SCTC indhold og partikler er velegnede til PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) svejsning, LC (Laser Cladding) og FS (Flame spray).<\/li>\n
  • Svejsebel\u00e6gningen har fremragende slid, slidstyrke, erosionsbestandighed og slagfasthed med lav por\u00f8sitet.<\/li>\n
