Makrokrystallinsk wolframcarbid Nikkelbaseret legeringspulver til PTA, laserbekl\u00e6dning og flammespray<\/h2>\n

  • Dette f\u00e6rdigblandede pulver bruger st\u00f8bt wolframcarbid (CTC) pulver som h\u00e5rd fase til at blande med en nikkelbaseret selvfluxende legering. CTC er uregelm\u00e6ssig med h\u00f8j h\u00e5rdhed (\u2265 1) og fremragende slidstyrke. Nikkelbaseret legeringspulver er sf\u00e6risk eller n\u00e6sten sf\u00e6risk og har fremragende befugtningsevne med st\u00f8bt wolframcarbid. De forblandede pulvere med forskellige CTC-indhold og partikler er velegnede til PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) svejsning, LC (Laser Cladding) og FS (Flame spray).<\/li>\n
  • Svejsebel\u00e6gningen har fremragende slidstyrke med lav por\u00f8sitet.<\/li>\n
