\"Min\u00e9raux de conflit\" - Le 21 juillet 2010, le pr\u00e9sident Obama a promulgu\u00e9 la loi Dodd-Frank sur la r\u00e9forme de Wall Street et la protection des consommateurs (loi sur la r\u00e9forme de Wall Street). Une section de cette loi s'applique aux \"minerais de conflit\" que sont l'or (Au), le tantale (Ta), le tungst\u00e8ne (W), le cobalt (Co) et l'\u00e9tain (Sn) provenant de mines situ\u00e9es dans les zones de conflit de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) et des pays limitrophes. Ces pays limitrophes comprennent le Rwanda, l'Ouganda, le Burundi, la Tanzanie et le Kenya.<\/p>\n
