Gesementeerde Carbide Palette<\/h1>\n

Sementkarbiedkorrel (CCP)<\/strong> word van WC en Co gemaak deur granuleer, pers en sintering en is sferiese of subsferiese donkergrys gesementeerde karbieddeeltjies met ho\u00eb hardheid (1400-1600 HV0.1), ho\u00eb slytweerstand en erosieweerstand.<\/p>\n

CCP word gebruik om gesementeerde karbied slytvaste elektrodes (draad), spuitsweismateriaal en oppervlakmateriaal voor te berei. Die prim\u00eare doel is om slytvaste oppervlaktes vooraf te versterk of verslete oppervlaktes vir mynbou, olie en gas, metallurgie, konstruksiemasjinerie, landboumasjinerie en staalnywerhede te herstel.<\/p>\n
